How You Can Help Us

Nearly 49 million people in America face hunger. That is 1 in 6 of the U.S. population – including more than 1 in 5 children. Don’t let their struggles go unheard. Join the Feeding America network of more than 200 food banks and Speak Out Against Hunger.

You can help us help others through your contribution of

• non-perishable food items
• fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs
• recycled grocery bags

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your cash donations are fully tax deductible.

Food items may be dropped off at the food bank during hours of operation, or at the Pleasant Street United Methodist Church from Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM. If you need to make other arrangements for food drop-off, you may call the church office at 872-7564.

We need your help distributing food to clients, stocking shelves, and purchasing and transporting food.
